The Voice of a First Lady exists to create spaces where women can be heard before they have to be strong, supported before they reach exhaustion, and reminded that caring for their mental health and well-being is not separate from living a life of faith and purpose.
Through programs such as U.N.M.U.T.E.D., P.R.E.S.S.U.R.E., the First Ladies Exchange, community gatherings, conversations, resources and outreach, we are building places where women can tell the truth about what they carry, find meaningful connection, access encouragement and support, and grow without having to hide behind a title, role or expectation.
